Introduction

This Workshop offers an extensive training on Enterprise Resource Planning selection and preparation.
This workshop will enable the audience to understand the drivers behind the successful ERP selection criteria driven from the organizational business case, organizational infrastructure readiness and organizational human capital.
The outcome from the course is to provide the trainees with the proper tools for ERP selection and preparation to make the right decision in order to have a successful ERP implementation.
